Received damaged item from amazon so returned and purchased from a local outlet around 10 days ago.After making multiple followup for 5 days Kent authorized person came for the installation. He had no clue on how to install this product and seen for the first time. He could not complete the installation and went back. Second day another technician came and did not complete the installation as he do not have the tools to drill the hole on the granite. Its been 10 days still the installation is not complete.

please do not purchase kent product its services is very bad my purifire instalation still pending and i compleaited two times on ken coustomer care but they never respond and they ask what ever you will done we dont care . kent coustomoare care never responde or never take any action on your camplaint. i suggest do not purchase any kent product . becouse they do not done any thing as per comitment .
